INFORMATION FOR ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
ARRIVAL
Please
note that it’s easier to (un)load heavy suitcases, etc
at the front door
(this saves having to carry them
up the steps from the garden/parking area..)
The time for ARRIVAL is 16:00 on Friday.
Before this time the house will be being cleaned from the previous
guests, so please allow the Housekeepers to do their job.
(You may arrive a little earlier and use the garden/pool if it isn't
being cleaned)
You will be informed where the keys are to be found.
An additional set of keys for the front and back doors will be on the
hook beside the front door.
There will also be keys to the Swimming Pool area and the Post Box on
the hooks beside the front door.
The key to the Swimming Pool area should be kept by a responsible adult AT ALL
TIMES.
The HOUSE
USER PACK will be on the kitchen table. Please take a few minutes to look
through this.
DEPARTURE
Please
leave by
10:30 on
Friday (for weekly bookings) or 15:00 on Monday (for weekend bookings).
Delay past this time interferes with the Housekeepers' job.
Please
leave all keys where you found them, or give them to the Housekeeper.
Please
complete the Visitor Questionnaire and leave it on the kitchen table.
Please leave everything where you found it!
